Hi, I’m Shannon Hogan, owner of SH BOOKS and founder of The Organized CEO — and I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle all the hats in a business.
Learning how to delegate, manage, and lead takes time. And while you’re doing all that, the admin work, receipts, and tax prep don’t stop. That’s where I come in.
With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, a diploma in Business Administration, and two incredible years at MNP, I’ve helped business owners clean up their books and prepare for stress-free year-ends. I’ve also worked closely with BDC training programs, learning how to help clients understand their numbers, create realistic budgets, and execute strategic financial plans with confidence.
I started The Organized CEO to give small business owners what I wish I had in the early days — someone to take the backend off your plate so you can focus on what you do best. Whether it's preparing for year-end, setting up clean monthly books, or delivering reports that support better decisions, we’ve got your back.

Tina is the right hand behind our month-end and year-end magic — overseeing files, wrapping up financials, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Jennifer brings dedication, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility to her bookkeeping work.
She holds a formal bookkeeping certificate and has been a valued member of the team for the past four years. Jennifer supports clients with data entry, month-end and year-end processes, HST filings, and payroll — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
As a QuickBooks Online Certified bookkeeper, Jennifer is known for her accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. She takes pride in maintaining clear, well-organized financial records that help clients make informed decisions and stay compliant.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a proud parent and spends much of her time cheering on her kids at the rink or on the field — a balance of family life and professional discipline that shows up in her dependable, organized approach to bookkeeping.

Landy brings a global perspective and a meticulous eye to every set of books she manages.
Originally from South Africa with Italian roots, she moved to Canada in 2022 with her husband and two children. Landy speaks English, Italian, and Afrikaans — and brings her international experience in import and export operations to the financial side of small business.
She holds a BCom degree from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and has been an integral part of The Organized CEO team for the past two years.
Landy is known for her diligent, detail-oriented approach and her genuine love for bookkeeping (yes, she actually enjoys reconciling accounts!). She’s a vital part of keeping our clients organized, compliant, and confident in their numbers.
When she’s not keeping books in perfect order, you can find Landy spending time with her family, cooking up something delicious, or enjoying the Canadian outdoors.

Rebecca brings a calm, detail-focused approach to every set of books she supports.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Austin Peay State University. Before relocating to Canada, Rebecca built her professional background in financial services, working in both client service and branch operations roles.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her child, reading, and birdwatching — a hobby that reflects her patience and keen attention to detail.
